Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Support the Accounts Payable team during the transition to a new purchase order and invoicing system
- Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payment
- Assist with audit preparation by retrieving and organizing invoice documentation
- Support special projects and other initiatives within the Accounting and Finance department
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Accounts Payable experience
- Basic Excel skills, including the use of simple formulas
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
