Title: Accounts Payable Specialist  (NetSuite is a big plus!)
Location: Deerfield, FL - onsite role
Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months with a possible extension 
Compensation: $ 25.00 to $28.00 Hourly
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

• Accounts Payable Specialists may be responsible for any/all of the following:
• AP Trade Recs,
• Abandoned Property Recs,
• Invoice error research and resolution,
• invoice uploads,
• data analysis,
• internal and external customer service.

Skillset / Experience:

• Experience with NetSuite
• Intermediate or better Excel skills (V Lookup, Pivot Tables),
• Full O365 suite of apps
• Must have paperless AP experience.
