Description
Accounts Payable Specialist | $27-$30/hr
Location: Middleton, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Process and review vendor invoices.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
- Ensure proper coding and approvals.
- Manage vendor inquiries and AP communications.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Support payment processing, vendor maintenance, and month-end AP activities.
Qualifications
- Previous accounts payable experience
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
