Accounts Payable Specialist-Maitland

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Maitland, FL. This is a direct hire, onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP functions including GL coding, processing (using 3-way matching) and reconciling invoices, weekly check runs, setting up new vendors, as well as researching and resolving any invoice discrepancies

Experience

• Minimum of two to three years of accounts payable experience required

Skills/Knowledge

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook required
• Proficiency using accounting software required
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

Work Hours/Pay Rate

• Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
• $50-60K
