    Description

    Accounts Payable Specialist
    Full-Time, Salary $40,000-$45,000

    GoodLife Innovations serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Kansas. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee all Accounts Payable functions and monitor the outflow of funds. Our Finance team is crucial to our organization by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations so we can focus on what we care about most: making the GoodLife possible!

    Some duties include:
    • Performing all aspects of Accounts Payable functions across the organization
    • Training support staff on Accounts Payable functions
    • Tracking and initiating payment of approved purchases and contracts

    Some qualifications:
    • Associate's degree and minimum 1 year of relevant experience (adequate relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirement)
    • Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and business office software
    • Ability to work on-site with consistent and punctual attendance
    • Attention to detail with strong organizational and reconciliation skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in the disclosure of information
