• Process approximately 300 invoices per week
• Manage high-volume accounts payable activities accurately and efficiently
• Review and process invoices involving purchase orders when applicable
• Utilize ResMan and related accounting systems to manage AP functions
• Assist with audit and tax-related support activities

Qualifications for the AP Accounting Specialist:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience working in a high-volume invoice processing environment
• Demonstrated job stability and consistent employment history
• Purchase order experience preferred but not required
• Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
