Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
• Process and manage accounts payable transactions
• Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and expense reports
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audits and reporting
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Identify process improvements and support special projects
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience, or strong internship experience for recent graduates
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with Excel
• Property management experience is a plus
