Looking for your next opportunity in Accounts Payable? My client is adding an AP Inquiry Specialist to their growing team!
What You'll Do:
- Respond to AP vendor inquiries via phone and email
- Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Partner with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate vendor records
- Support the Accounts Payable team with process improvements and special projects
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Accounts Payable or customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- ERP experience and strong Excel skills are a plus
