We're looking for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing purchasing, inventory management, account reconciliation, and accounting support. Responsibilities

Review and enter Corporate invoices into the Accounts Payable ERP system
Manage the Vendor Master process; ensure proper documentation is provided
Perform review of completed expense reports through third party system
Assist divisional Accounts Payable partners as needed
Provide responses to vendor requests
Review key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
Lead Accounts Payable projects as assigned
Assist with month end and audit activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting is preferred but not required
0-3 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Customer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end users
Strong written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to prioritize
