We're looking for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing purchasing, inventory management, account reconciliation, and accounting support. If spreadsheets, problem-solving, and keeping operations on track sound like your kind of challenge, we'd love to talk.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and enter Corporate invoices into the Accounts Payable ERP system
    • Manage the Vendor Master process; ensure proper documentation is provided
    • Perform review of completed expense reports through third party system
    • Assist divisional Accounts Payable partners as needed
    • Provide responses to vendor requests
    • Review key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
    • Lead Accounts Payable projects as assigned
    • Assist with month end and audit activities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting is preferred but not required

    • 0-3 years of experience in a similar role

    • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

    • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Customer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end users

    • Strong written and verbal communication

    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize
