Accounts Payable Specialist

Target Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary (flexibility up to ~$90,000) + discretionary bonus
Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
• Process high-volume invoices and manage the full accounts payable cycle
• Perform three-way matching, invoice posting, and voucher processing
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with check runs
• Analyze AP and procurement processes to identify workflow improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to resolve discrepancies and improve efficiency
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
• 4+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of the full AP cycle, including three-way matching and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience supporting procurement processes and process improvement initiatives
