Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Salary Range: $50,000- $54,000 (Depending On Experience)

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process approximately 200 vendor invoices per month.
• 
  
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approval.
• 
  
• Enter and maintain invoice information in the ERP system.
• 
  
• Prepare and process payment runs, primarily through ACH.
• 
  
• Process ACH payments for rent and other approved expenses.
• 
  
• Ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time.
• 
  
• Maintain organized AP records and documentation.
• 
  
• Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve basic invoice or payment questions.
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Previous Accounts Payable experience.
• 
  
• Experience processing a high volume of invoices.
• 
  
• Experience working with a large ERP/accounting systems
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• 
  
• Comfortable working with ACH payments and payment processing.
