Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilitiesarrow_right

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Investigate and resolve invoice holds and vendor inquiries
• Set up new vendors, including W-9 and banking verification
• Maintain vendor master records and supporting documentation
• Partner with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve PO discrepancies
• Support year-end audits with accounts payable documentation
• Process check, ACH, and wire payment runs

Qualificationsarrow_right

• Associate degree in Accounting required; bachelor's preferred
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• SAP experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within an international team
