Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)
Location (city, state): On-Site in Bellevue, WA
Compensation: $30-35/hour
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with full-cycle AP invoice processing in a high volume environment
- Experience in the construction or property management industries
- Yardi experience is a plus
Job Description:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable
- Process approximately 125 invoices per week / 500 per month
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Assist with GL coding
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
- Support other accounts payable activities as needed
