Large Healthcare organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Team. This a full cycle A/P position working on the SAP platform. This position requires 2- 3 years A/P experience. Experience with SAP software and intermediate Excel skills. This position requires someone who enjoys working in a team environment

This is a contract to hire in Charlotte NC with an hourly pay rate of $ 23 - 27 /hr. based on experience with excellent benefits. This is a full onsite position

Duties

• Ensure all billings are done accurately and on a timely basis.
• Assist vendors by receiving calls and handling vendor relations.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Obtain approvals.
• Perform accounts payable information preparation and data entry.
• Process expense reports, perform three-way match of PO's, receiving's and invoices.
• Code invoices and self-assess tax as appropriate.
• Assist in month-end closing processes including preparation and data entry of journal vouchers and account reconciliations.
• Complete special projects upon request

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Two to three years A/P experience.
• Experience with SAP Software
• Ability to handle high volume and multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounting and basic office equipment applications.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
