SCOPE OF WORK

• Managing Accounts Payable using accounting software and other programs for multiple entities
• Ensuring bills are coded, approved, entered and paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring employee expense reimbursements are coded properly and processed for payment
• Research any vendor and employee payment discrepancies
• New vendor setup and management
• Annual 1099 preparation
• Monthly AP Accruals
• Assist accounting team as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Previous relevant accounting experience (2-3 years)
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Able to handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organization and attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude
• Strong ability to handle confidential information discretely
