This Accounts Payable Specialist will support the accounting and finance department with day-to-day invoice processing, payment coordination, and vendor communication, ensuring all transactions are accurate and on time

Position: Fully in-office in Bremen, IN | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Duties of the Accounts Payable Specialist

  Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding to general ledger accounts

  Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to verify accuracy before payment

  Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers

• 
  

  Maintain accurate accounts payable files and documentation for audits and month-end close

  Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies or payment issues promptly

  Assist with month-end accruals and support the finance team with reporting as needed

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist

  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

  1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting support

  Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
