Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Do
Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Perform invoice coding and 2-way/3-way matching
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Research and respond to vendor inquiries
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
Maintain organized records and support audit requests
Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows
What We're Looking For
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
