Responsibilities
- Process and code a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and research payment discrepancies
- Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive business relationships
- Support accounting team initiatives focused on process improvements and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in a fast-paced accounting environment
- Strong ERP system experience with intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliations
- Proven ability to manage deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong sense of ownership over one's own work and accountability
