We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting overall financial operations. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform 3-way matching (purchase orders, receipts, invoices)
- Manage vendor accounts, including communication and issue resolution
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reporting
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
