What You'll Do
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Review and process invoices with accuracy, ensuring transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and investigate discrepancies to help resolve payment or account concerns.
• Adhere to established accounting procedures, internal controls, and company policies throughout the AP process.
• Validate invoice information, determine appropriate GL coding, and obtain necessary approvals before payments are released.
• Keep AP documentation, supporting records, and vendor files organized, complete, and up to date.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1–2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related financial experience preferred, though motivated entry-level candidates may be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college education or accounting coursework is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and careful attention to accuracy and detail.
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals, invoice handling, and payment processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address questions and resolve issues professionally.
