About the Role Join a small, growing company in Conyers, GA that supplies and services rock drilling tools. This is an admin-focused role supporting the shop and parts team. It is not an accountant position.
Responsibilities
Create and place purchase orders
Receipt parts orders into the system
Voucher payables
Not part of this role
Checking in product or counting inventory
Paying the bills
Managing general ledger accounts
Requirements
Experience with purchasing, accounts payable, or similar admin work preferred
Any accounting or purchasing software experience is a plus, and IntelliDealer training is provided
Accurate and detail oriented, able to match POs, receipts, and invoices
