We are seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to support daily accounting operations, including transaction processing, account activity, and financial data entry. The ideal candidate will bring prior accounting experience, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to stay organized in a detail-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support general ledger activity and routine accounting functions.
- Enter and maintain financial information using 10-key and other data-entry methods.
- Process invoices, payments, and related accounting records.
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation while managing multiple priorities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts regarding accounting-related matters.
Qualifications- One to three years of experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Hands-on experience processing financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
- Ability to perform 10-key entry by touch.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail when working with numerical information.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
