Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialists (Multiple Openings)
Schedule: 1st Shift
We are currently seeking experienced Accounts Payable Specialists to join our team! We have multiple first-shift openings available for candidates with prior accounts payable experience who are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing activities as needed
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus
