Accounts Payable

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you would be responsible for maintaining the processing of timely payments in Workday for company invoices of various practices throughout the U.S.

What you would be doing:

  • GL coding, obtaining approvals, and preparing the weekly check runs
  • Enter up to 600+ invoices per week into accounting software (Workday)
  • Allocate invoices to obtain approval
  • Prepare invoices for payment via checks, multiple customer portals or ACH
  • Make necessary adjustments to invoices when needed
  • Monthly reconciliations of vendor statements
  • Primary point of contact for vendors regarding invoice inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Assist Accounts Payable Supervisor with special projects when needed
  • Assist in 1099 processing at year end
  • Review and approve employee expense reimbursements in Concur

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounts payable experience (multi location preferred)

  • Must be comfortable working in a team setting/in office role 3x days per week- the corporate office is in midtown Nashville

  • Excel- Basic

Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Flexible start/end times (7am-9am)

Hourly Pay Rate $25-26/hr

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
