Accounts Payable Clerk

A manufacturing company in Suwanee, GA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for an urgent short-term assignment to provide critical coverage for around 4 weeks, start immediately!

Position Details:

• Location: Suwanee, GA
• Pay Rate: $24/hour
• Duration: Estimated 4 weeks 
• Start: Immediate/ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, match POs, and handle payment runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AP records within Oracle
• Support month-end close processes as needed

Requirements:

• Hands-on Oracle experience required
• Softco experience strongly preferred
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to hit the ground running
• Manufacturing industry experience a plus
