ResponsibilitiesProcess, code, and file vendor invoices, ensuring proper approval and accurate payment.Prepare payments and maintain supporting documentation in accordance with accounting procedures.Reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies, and manage credit memos.Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, and related documentation.Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, and general ledger research.Process required tax payments accurately and on time.Communicate with department managers and vendors to resolve billing and payment issues.Support the Accounting Manager and CFO with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned. QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).Experience in or exposure to the private club industry preferred.Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Demonstrates business ethics and strong critical thinking skills.
