Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a new opportunity with our client in the High Point area.
Our client is seeking someone who is entry-level with no more than 3 years of experience. This role is primarily data entry

- Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-5:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am-11:30 am
- $18-$24

Job Description:
- Maintain vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Enter accounts payable invoices in accounting software using a three-way match process.
- Code other A/P invoices not associated with a purchase order.
- ACH processing
- Work with project managers and other authorized purchasers to ensure correct and timely payments to vendors.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Any other job-related duties as may be assigned.
