    The position is full time, working M-F 8am-5pm

    What you will do:
    The Accounts Payable Accountant, under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, will process vendor payments, manage vendor relationships, maintain Ap related financial records, reconcile accounts, and assist with month end close. Prepares IRS tax forms 1099 MISC and 1099 NEC. Monitors and resolves uncashed checks. As the AP primary, trains and monitors personnel on AP processes.
     
    Required Education: 
    High School diploma or equivalent.
     
    Required Skills: 
    Strong organization skills to maintain AP volumes and provides administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax purposes. Must have a high level of critical thinking and organizational skills to properly navigate through all levels of AP processes.
     
    Required Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
     
    Preferred Experience:
    Knowledge of the Meditech EXPANSE System, proficient in Excel, 3 years of Healthcare AP experience.
