Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, averaging up to 100 invoices per day
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and statement reviews
- Execute three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
- Manage purchasing card transactions and related documentation
- Monitor and maintain the AP inbox, ensuring timely resolution of vendor inquiries
- Support month-end accounting activities and AP reporting requirements
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Experience in the construction industry or with Coins is a plus+
