Accounts Payable Clerk (Direct Hire)
Location: Tampa Bay Area
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

What Youll Do- Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
- Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
- Prepare electronic payments, checks, and wire transfers
- Maintain vendor files and accurate AP records
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on stale or uncashed payments
- Reconcile Purchasing Card activity
- Assist with month?end close and account reconciliations
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries
- Support year?end 1099 preparation
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls
What Were Looking For- 13 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Strong Excel and MS Office 365 skills
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization and time?management abilities
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
