Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join a growing accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of key accounts payable functions that directly support the organization's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• 
  
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• 
  
• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
• 
  
• Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive relationships
• 
  
• Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable
• 
  
• Support the accounting team with special projects and process improvements
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• 
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• 
  
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
•
