Has an associate's degree in accounting or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is Monday–Friday based in our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will bring the skills and qualifications described below, along with attention to detail, a sense of humor, and a desire to improve yourself and our organization.

As a member of our accounting team, the Accounts Payable Associate will:

• Maintain and follow an organized, timely, and accurate accounts payable cycle.

• Review and reconcile vendor statements.

The ideal Accounts Payable Associate:

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Has experience with general accounting software.

• Has an associate's degree in accounting or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Accounts Payable Associate Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-entity accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
