Job title: Finance - Accounts Payable Associate I
Location:  Hudson Yards, NY 10001
Pay rate: $24.00 - $25.00/hour
Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week (Hybrid - 3 days onsite; OT likely)

Overview:
The Finance Coordinator provides financial administrative support for Media Relations, Talent Relations, and International PR teams. This role is responsible for budget reconciliation, payment processing, vendor management, and financial tracking to support publicity campaigns and talent initiatives.
Job Specifications:
  • Process payments and ensure timely vendor payment.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve payment issues.
  • Submit department credit card reconciliations and payments.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and vendor setup.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support budget tracking across teams.
