We’re searching for a talented and driven Accounts Payable Associate to join our team!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Accurately key vendor invoices, processing around 350 daily.
- Reconcile vendor statements and update invoice status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice exceptions.
- Create and analyze aging and PO reports for invoice resolution.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships; provide AP administrative support.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Associate degree or 2 years of general accounting experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks by urgency.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Independent problem-solver with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs; positive team player.
