Description:

Provide accounting support to the Accounting Services department. Assist accounting personnel through various accounting responsibilitie.

Responsibilities

• Report generations.
• Reconciliations.
• Data analysis.
• Department interactions and student interactions.
• Other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent GED.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects.
• Ability to perform calculations, analytics, and understanding of basic accounting processes.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Series (emphasis on Excel), Adobe, and general computer abilities.
• Dependable, reliable, confidentiality, and strong initiative.
• Work efficiently and effectively.
• Interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse group.
