Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

Proven working experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

• Must have accounting knowledge
• Processing, verifying, and posting receipts 
• Preparing and sending invoices/statements to customers.
• Contacting customers as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
• Reconciling any irregularities or discrepancies in receipts or accounts
• Maintaining accurate records of payments and account status 
• Proven working experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
