HTSS is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist for a long-term opportunity in Center City Allentown. This position is expected to last at least one year and may become temp-to-hire.

Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday in the office.

 

Responsibilities

• 
  Match and validate invoices against purchase orders
  
• 
  Process invoices, disbursements, and electronic payments
  
• 
  Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
  
• 
  Respond to internal and external AP/AR inquiries
  
• 
  Reconcile vendor/customer accounts and monthly statements
  
• 
  Ensure transactions are accurate and comply with company policies
  
• 
  Provide administrative accounting support as needed
  

 

Qualifications

• 
  High School Diploma/GED
  
• 
  3–5 years of relevant AP/AR or accounting experience
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• 
  Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• 
  Ability to research and resolve payment issues with minimal supervision
  
• 
  Microsoft Office experience preferred
  
• 
  Oracle and/or Accounts Payable experience preferred, but not required
  

 

Position Details

Location: Center City Allentown, PA
Pay: $25–$29/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid – Tuesday through Thursday in office
Assignment: Long-term temporary, at least 1 year, with potential for temp-to-hire
