Max Pay - $31.04/hour

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Accountant

- Responsible for accounts payable input and general ledger coding of PO and non-PO invoices. Monthly volumes vary between 7-1,000 invoices

- Communicates with vendors on issues that require research and reconciliation.

- Prepares reports and accounting schedules.

- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (S/4), Ariba, Concur Expense, or Concur Invoice is a significant plus.

- Payable and finance operations experience preferred.

-Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.

-Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

-Requires a minimum of 2 years of accounting/business experience
