Hours: HYBRID 2 DAYS IN OFFICE (W/TH) 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $18 - $19 / Hour

JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of this position is the creation and management of customer-relevant data within an enterprise system (e.g., SAP). This includes the setup and closure of customer accounts, managing customer account partnerships within and across sales organizations, processing change requests for existing accounts, and administering customer-specific pricing. The associate may be involved in any of the following areas outlined below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process requests for the creation of new customer accounts and/or edits to existing accounts in the enterprise system
Ensure new account requests do not result in duplicates, and that partnership functions are logical and will allow for accurate invoicing
Create or update customer accounts and partnerships according to established procedures and guidelines
Identify and resolve customer partnership issues that complicate account maintenance
Process internal pricing change requests
Conduct post-load price audits to verify data accuracy
Research and resolve customer pricing disputes, issuing credits or debits as needed
Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams
Serve as a backup to assigned team members
Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Two years of relevant work experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Exceptional attention to detail, research, and retention skills
Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Prior experience with data management and system data entry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position is classified as sedentary
Regularly required to sit
Occasionally required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands for handling objects or controls, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Frequent sitting and occasional bending
Visual requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts in an office setting
Typical noise level is moderate
