Job Duties
-Review timesheets and timesheet adjustments for the upcoming pay period.
-enter transactions and correct data errors in the Infor Payroll system.
-process garnishment, stipend, and union dues.
-assist in the formatting of the bank ACH file using Infor MHC.
-respond to payroll questions from Valley Water staff
-perform filing and archiving of payroll backup documentation
Required:
-Excel proficiency
-Computer proficiency
-dedicated, persistent and detail-oriented
-ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
-willingness to learn
Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
