Accounting & Tax SpecialistLocation: Onsite / HybridType: Full-TimeWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Specialist to oversee financial reporting, manage corporate tax compliance, and ensure our financial documentation meets all legal and regulatory standards. In this role, you will prepare core financial statements, validate tax calculations, and partner with leadership to sign off on financial disclosures.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Statements: Prepare and validate key financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and accounting annexes. Co-sign financial statements alongside the Board of Directors.Tax Calculation & Compliance: Calculate, validate, and ensure accurate preparation of all corporate tax obligations. Implement legislative and regulatory changes affecting accounting and tax functions.Audits & External Entities: Prepare required documentation for external tax entities, regulatory bodies, and independent auditors.Compliance & Archiving: Maintain compliant archives of all accounting and tax documentation in accordance with legal and corporate requirements.Key QualificationsEducation & Credentials: University degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
