Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Supervisor:

• 
  
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the Accounts Payable team
• 
  
• Help prioritize work and redistribute responsibilities based on workload and backlogs
• 
  
• Monitor AP workflow to ensure processes are completed accurately and on time
• 
  
• Serve as the internal escalation point for payment, vendor, and service-related issues
• 
  
• Provide hands-on Accounts Payable support when additional coverage is needed
• 
  
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• 
  
• Establish structure, accountability, and clear expectations across the AP function
• 
  

Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Strong experience managing accounting and accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management
• Previous experience leading or mentoring accounting staff and supporting the month-end close process
