Accounting Supervisor (Temp-hire)
As we continue to scale both organically and through strategic acquisitions, our Accounting team is essential to maintaining operational precision, financial integrity, and seamless integration across our expanding AR ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
  • Apply US GAAP principles to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting across AR?driven business units.
  • Support core accounting operations—including A/R, A/P, financial reporting, audits, taxes, budgeting, and forecasting—within a fast?evolving AR technology environment.
  • Assist with month?end, quarter?end, and year?end close processes; contribute to cash?flow projections that support product development, spatial computing initiatives, and platform growth.
  • Partner with external auditors and tax advisors to maintain compliance and reporting accuracy as our AR portfolio expands.
  • Evaluate and enhance internal controls and accounting processes under the guidance of the Accounting Manager, ensuring scalability for AR?focused operations.
  • Provide financial analysis and accounting support for complex issues, strategic decisions, and M&A activity related to AR products, services, and integrations.
  • Resolve A/P, A/R, vendor, and regional inquiries—including reconciliations, 1099s, payment runs, and credit requests—while supporting AR?related vendor ecosystems.
  • Support collections and credit management to minimize risk, assist with bankruptcies, and collaborate with regional teams across our AR deployment footprint.
  • Ensure policy adherence and drive operational efficiency through training, cross?functional collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with AR innovation cycles.
  • Participate in ad?hoc projects and management reviews that strengthen data integrity and financial visibility across AR initiatives.
  • Supervise A/P and A/R teams under the direction of the Accounting Manager, ensuring alignment with AR?focused operational needs.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and developing accounting staff to support a growing AR?technology organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing an accounting team
