We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support an Accounting team with a focus on data management, reporting, and billing support. This role sits within Accounts Receivable but is heavily focused on Excel analysis, data accuracy, and process support.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze Excel files, reports, and supporting documentation
Generate invoices using data from spreadsheets, reports, and system downloads
Validate data by comparing source documents and identifying discrepancies
Upload and maintain data within internal systems
Identify errors, missing information, and formatting issues; communicate for resolution
Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
Track project status and maintain accurate records of completed work
Support reporting needs for management and audit requests
Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills required
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Experience in billing / accounts receivable preferred
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
