Accounting Specialist

System One is assisting a manufacturing company near Tulsa with a search for an Accounting Specialist. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits and an onsite work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close activities
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage prepaid expense schedules and related amortization entries
• Support audits by compiling documentation and responding to questions
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience (corporate and/or public accounting)
• Working knowledge of GAAP, general ledger activity, and financial reporting support
• Experience using an ERP/accounting system and strong Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to communicate across teams

Salary: $85K - $115K
