Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: Onsite - San Diego, CA 92130
About the Role:Full-time Accounting Specialist position is open in our Accounting Department. Seeking motivated individual for high volume, fast-paced law firm. The Accounting Specialist team member will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Process case-related vendor invoices & reconcile with statements
- Assist with daily check requests
- E-billing (1-2 Clients) & appeals
- Other special projects as assigned
Qualifications:- 2-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, (law firm preferred)
- 2+ years using accounting software, (knowledge of Juris & Filevine or similar law firm software is a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality required
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently
- Strong work ethic, integrity and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $26.44-34.85/hour, commensurate with experience.
