    • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Analyze financial data, account balances, and business trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
    • Build partnerships with leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve financial processes, and strengthen business performance.
    • Take ownership of accounting projects, process improvements, and system enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reports, and supporting documentation while maintaining a high level of quality and accountability.
    • Participate in audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational and financial excellence.
    • Continuously expand financial, operational, and business knowledge through increasingly complex assignments, stakeholder exposure, and development opportunities designed to prepare future Finance leaders.

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least two years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience.
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving results, improving processes, or contributing to positive business outcomes through financial or accounting activities.
    • Evidence of learning agility, increasing responsibility, and success working beyond traditional job scope through projects, cross-functional initiatives, or new challenges.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and a working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to relocate domestically and internationally and pursue future career development opportunities, including broader business exposure.
