Accounting Specialist

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support the daily operations of its accounting department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in accounting while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.

Your Day Includes:

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
• Entering and verifying financial data with a high level of accuracy
• Assisting with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

Must Haves:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• No prior accounting experience required—comprehensive training will be provided
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
