Job Duties:

• Process invoices and payments
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile accounts and financial records
• Enter and maintain data in accounting systems
• Assist with month-end reporting
• Maintain accurate financial documentation
• Perform general accounting and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Recent accounting graduates are encouraged to apply
